Hello and Welcome to my Take Shape for Life website. I am Dr. Julie Conner, R.D., your certified health coach. I am a Registered Dietitian,Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist and owner of Healthy Weighs Wellness Center in Brookfield, Connecticut. I have a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University, a M.P.H. from New York Medical College and a Ph.D. in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College. I am Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition from the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP). In over thirty years of private practice, I have never had such a successful program for weight management as Take Shape for Life in my practice. If you stick with this program, you will attain your optimal health goals. Trust me...You are not alone. Take Shape For Life offers a simple solution: high-quality, medically formulated meal replacements combined with free coaching support to help you lose weight and keep it off. It is not a diet, but a two-phased approach for weight loss and maintenance. In the first phase, you will use Medifast portion-controlled meal replacements and you can lose 2-5 lbs per week for the first 2 weeks, then 1-2 lbs per week thereafter without surgery or medications. I am a resource that will guide you through the program and provide on-going personal coaching.
